Originally from Africa, more precisely from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, WILLIAM MUYUKU is today a complete Canadian citizen not only because of his civil status, but also and above all because of his works and his commitment in the Community actions of this country. Indeed, born in Congo in 1971, in a Christian family with strong moral values. He will pursue elementary and high school education with success, and, given his great ambitions, he decided to settle in Montreal, Quebec, in October 2007.

The year 2007 will mark the beginning of his integration and, Very quickly he will take his marks in this multicultural crucible that is Canada, through advice with some social media and associations, that he will rub shoulders during his course in the Cinematographic studies, communication and Art history. He will improve himself in the use of all programs and tools necessary for video shooting, editing and production.

His passion for the fifth art, his love and obsession of telling the truth will push him to excel actively for the rehabilitation of the image of Men in general and Africans in particular. Thanks to the people weapon, powerful and universal that he has always known how to play with: Visual communication.

So, this hard worker will build a competent and professional team to carry his ambitions, materialized first by the video production company POINTIMAGE he founded in 2002; and then, in February 2009, he will start AFRIQUECANADA.TV. With the overriding objectives of restoring and revaluing the image of the African diaspora and especially the significant contribution of cultural diversity to Canada,

With more than twelve years of experience, mastering the workings of almost all software and editing programs, Mr. William Muyuku made his first film in 2001 entitled: MY PASSION …

In order to offer a true media bridge between the African diaspora and the Canadian people, he wants to be omnipresent during the multiple events of all these communities, thus opening a window on the habits and customs of each other; a rich mixture of enlightened culture through its reports which, among other things, offers a platform for various exchanges and partnerships between African countries and North America. Immortalizing by its reports, the creation of links and the meeting of different traditions in a trade valley that is Canada. it also largely contributes to the knowledge and recognition of this diversity, this pluralism, this multiculturalism by the Canadian institutions and  many viewers of its African-speaking television channel in North America: AfriCanadaTv.com

Magnanimous, voluntary and determined, Mr Muyuku is married and a father of children. He is respectful, very appreciated and respected by his entourage, always available when it comes to defending causes, he finds an indescribable pleasure to rectify wrongs and prejudices, in a word Mr WILLIAM MUYUKU is a committed producer director.
